We are currently looking for service professionals at Leith Acura. We seek people with good communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a total commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
Previous automotive experience is a real plus. If you have graduated from an automotive trade school, we want to speak with you. If you have the inner drive, we'll train you for success.

What can I expect?
Leith employs more than 350 technicians which enjoy state-of-the-art repair facilities. We maintain tool and equipment rooms containing the latest advanced diagnostic equipment. Also, all the necessary special tools and training to perform at your best will be provided. Our shops are brightly lit, clean and are air-conditioned for a productive, comfortable working environment with safety always in mind. Plus, our group leaders and shop foremen will help manage your success.
Income:
If not already a skilled technician, your income will be based on an apprenticeship pay plan for a period of 3, up to 6 months. Your starting income will be discussed and reviewed at time of interview. A second interview may be scheduled to complete the hiring process. Skilled technician’s income will be discussed at the time of the interview. Working hours are a four day rotating schedule.
Orientation:
In order to get you started on the right foot, your first day will be spent in orientation. We will spend quality time familiarizing you with our company and review all necessary paper work.

- 90 Days: 1 week

Uniforms:
We use a uniform company to rent and launder all requested uniform wear. There will be a nominal cost per week to have your uniforms laundered. You will receive 11 sets of uniforms to use. It generally takes about 2 weeks to receive your uniforms from start date.
On Site Visit:
We recommend that you schedule a time to come and visit our facilities. We will be happy to give you a tour and discuss employment opportunities. In some cases we will reimburse you for your travel expenses. Please inquire.
Operation Hours:
Service hours are typically Monday-Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 7:00am to 4:00pm. Times may vary at dealerships. We also have an alternative schedule that has some of our employees working 4 day work weeks, including 5 days off in a row every 3rd week!
